Confirm

We confirm as we open

As we open, we contact everyone who has registered, in the order they registered. We confirm your products, quantities, timing, price and whether you're collecting or having it delivered.

What we checkthat the stone you've asked for is on the stockpile, and that the timing works for both of us.

Load

We load

Your stone is loaded by shovel into your vehicle or ours, or into crates or bulk bags for smaller loads.

What we checkthe right product, the right amount, and a safe, sheeted load.

Arrive

Collect or delivery

Collect from the quarry, or have it delivered to your site, drive or yard. Collection times and delivery are arranged when we open.

What we checkaccess at your end, where you'd like it tipped or set down, and that the lorry leaves the quarry clean.

Collecting your own stone

Trade customers and homeowners with a suitable vehicle or trailer will be able to collect. Collection arrangements, including where and when, are sent to customers with their confirmation.

Delivery to your site

Delivery is by tipper for loose loads, and for crates and bulk bags where the job needs them. Tell us about access at your end: gate widths, soft ground, overhead cables, where to tip. Delivery is arranged when we open.
